更新4.7后无法上网了？

      所有代理的浏览器均无法上网。。。

      我在Chrome浏览器 SwitchyOmega+SS可以上网。

      用IE+SocksCap64+SS无法上网。

      我之前4.6都是好的，而且我想退回以前的版本，发现下载页面的4.6的资源都不在了？

      我找了一个4.5版本，现在好了，站长麻烦问一下应该怎么解决这个问题？
