Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 510 graphics card you can play the game. Royal Gems system requirements state that you will need at least 512 MB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 1 GB of RAM in order to run Royal Gems to its full potential. To play Royal Gems you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel 1500. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Pentium 4 2.00GHz to play the game.
Royal Gems will run on PC system with Windows XP SP3 x64 and upwards. Additionally it has a Mac version.
