Almost Alive system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Almost Alive to its full potential. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 6100. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. An Intel Pentium 4 2.00GHz CPU is required at a minimum to run Almost Alive.
Almost Alive will run on PC system with win7 and upwards.
