The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an AMD Radeon HD 7870. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an AMD Radeon R9 280. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 6 GB of free disk space available. To play SOS Atlas you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-530.
