Geocore system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 6100 graphics card you can play the game. An Intel Core i5-650 CPU is required at a minimum to run Geocore.
Geocore will run on PC system with Windows 7 and upwards. Additionally it has Mac and Linux versions.
