Dead Exit system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 4 GB of RAM in order to run Dead Exit to its full potential. To play Dead Exit you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-650. You will need at least 3 GB of free disk space to install Dead Exit.
