FitYou is the best health and fitness game available. If you want a new way for you and your friends to be motivated to improve your fitness, you will love FitYou!

FitYou makes getting more fit a game, by allowing you to collaborate and compete with your friends across ANY type of exercise activity using a simplified scoring system and easy activity tracking.

When you download FitYou, you'll be able to start a CHALLENGE by setting a a GOAL for yourself or with your friends who have also signed up on FitYou.

You can select 1-vs-1, 1-vs-GROUP, or split into teams of 2-10 players per team. Challenges can start the next day and can last up to 15 days. Shorter contests help create more urgency to be active.

We've simplified the scoring process so activities are normalized and can be compared against one another, in a simple to understand manner. SIMPLE, not complex.

Scoring examples:
-Running 1 mile = 1 point
-Walking 2 miles = 1 point
-Yoga for 20 minutes = 1 point

Once you log an exercise activity, your score will be saved. Each active challenge will have those points added automatically, and everyone in your active challenges will get a push notification that you worked out including how many points you scored!
