Help Arnie run and fart his way through a maze of tunnels and pipes, getting kicked, slapped and toilet trained all the way to the exit!

But be aware of the evil Doctor Von Baldschnitzel, Shock-Nurse Sourprune, Hardslap, Hardkick, Ducky Decoy, Portable Potty 2.0, The Psycho Piranhas, The Sick Spacecake and Rotating Ralph, who are determined to keep him locked up forever!
