COGWARMUP permet d'ameliorer la transition entre votre prise d'information et votre action motrice et d'augmenter vos capacites de coordination.
Notre premiere action est donnee par notre perception. Quand celle-ci doit nous amener a effectuer une action motrice, nous sollicitons nos capacites de coordination. Un des grands avantages de COGWARMUP est de pouvoir travailler a la fois la lateralite et la differenciation entre des mouvements effectues par nos membres superieurs et nos membres inferieurs.
COGWARMUP a ete teste par des sportifs professionnels ainsi que des jeunes dans le sport d'elite ou encore des sportifs amateurs. Les resultats sont clairs, COGWARMUP ameliore votre coordination, votre perception et vous permets de faire le bon mouvement plus rapidement et correctement.

Utilisation :

\- Selectionner l'un des ballons
\- Selectionner l'une des couleurs
\- Selectionner la duree de l'exercice (Max 30 sec)
\- Selectionner l'intervalle entre le changement de ballon, attention de ne pas aller trop vite des le depart
o Random rythm, l'intervalle entre le changement de ballon est aleatoire a \+ ou - 20% de la vitesse selectionnee
\- Selectionner le nombre de repetitions de l'exercice (Max 3)
\- Selectionner le temps de pause entre 2 repetitions (min 30 sec)
\- Pressez le vu en haut a droite pour commencer l'exercice.

Tenir l'ecran a la hauteur des yeux. La personne qui fait l'exercice doit etre en position de gardien de but et se remettre en position entre deux ballons differents. Ne pas sautiller, rester stable.
Une serie de 3 repetition par jour sont conseillees, ne pas faire plus de trois repetitions a la suite. Indique comme entrainement tous les jours et une serie de trois repetitions avant de commencer l'echauffement normal avant le match.

CogWarmup level 1 : Faire le mouvement du pied ou de la main lorsque le ballon apparait.
CogWarmup level 2 : Faire le mouvement du pied ou de la main sur une couleur selectionnee parmi les 4 ballons qui apparaissent.
CogWarmup shapes: Repliquer le mouvement donne par l'avatar.
