Fa børnevenlige samtalebilleder, der kan vaere med til at udvikle dit barns sprog og give dit barn bedre forudsaetninger for at saette ord pa tanker, følelser og oplevelser. Historiefortaelling eller samtalerne kan give dig indsigt i dit barns liv, og dit barn kan fa en bedre forstaelse af hverdagssituationer, problemer og reaktioner samt laere at handtere forskellige situationer pa en hensigtsmaessig made. Barnet vil pa denne made føle, at de voksne er omsorgsfulde, tager sig tid til at lytte og er interesserede i at høre, hvad barnet har at sige. Barnet vil derved føle sig set, hørt og anerkendt og laere, at det er okay at tale abent om livet.

Appen "Børns liv" indeholder 64 samtalebilleder af en hundehvalp, dens familie, venner og hverdagsaktiviteter m.m., som kan bruges som udgangspunkt for samtale eller historiefortaelling. Der er fire kategorier: "Kategori 1: Familie" (18 billeder), "Kategori 2: Institution" (18 billeder), "Kategori 3: Fritid" (18 billeder) og "Kategori 4: Følelser" (10 billeder). Du kan finde eksempler pa introducerende tekst og eksempler pa spørgsmal til hvert enkelt billede, der kan bruges som inspiration, nar du skal have en samtale eller fortaelle en historie sammen med barnet ud fra billederne.

Brugen af billeder i en given samtalesituation er en visuel tilgang til samtale, som giver barnet en konkret og derved mere handgribelig indgangsvinkel til samtalen. Barnet og den voksne kan sammen skabe historier ud fra billederne, hvilket giver barnet mulighed for at tale om det konkrete pa billederne savel som om barnets egne meninger, tanker og følelser, der er forbundet til temaerne pa billederne. Foraeldre og andre voksne kan hjaelpe barnet med at se sammenhaengen mellem den historie, der bliver fortalt og barnets eget liv. Det giver de voksne indsigt i barnets oplevelser, tanker og følelser i hverdagen. Samtidig far de voksne mulighed for at hjaelpe barnet, hvis barnet har brug for nye handlingsperspektiver til problematiske dagligdagssituationer.

Both of these apps provide parents with the building blocks they need for open conversations with their children. The apps feature kid-friendly, hand drawn pictures of an animated puppy. This puppy, which they call Julius, is shown in several different situations portraying several different emotions. Parents select the image that they wish to dialogue about. The app gives you example statements of how to open up the conversation as well as asking questions to prompt your child to keep talking about the image and how to relate it to their lives and what they might be experiencing. The app also gives you tips on active listening and how to keep your child engaged in the conversation and let them know that you are listening to what they are saying and interested in them. (...) Both apps do a fantastic job of providing information and preliminary education for parents before diving into the dialogue aspects of the exercises. (...).
