Racers vs. Police: Street Challenge is Play Publishing’s proposal for everyone who loves fast cars but is not fond of traffic regulations, especially speed limits. Behind the wheel of a virtual car you can go crazy without the risk of a high mandate and a large number of penalty points on your account….
Sitting behind the wheel of one of the 15 sports cars, players have the opportunity to take part in illegal races on the streets of a vibrant virtual metropolis. The obstacle is not only rivals, but also ordinary drivers blocking the passage or guardians of the law who hunt for exceeding the regulations. The reward for high deposits is virtual money, which allows you to modify car components or buy a faster model.
The creators predicted four variants of the game. In addition to the standard championships and the fast race, you can, for example, play the role of a policeman and take part in a spectacular car chase by driving a radio car on the signal.
The driving model used in Racers vs. Police: Street Challenge has little to do with realism. The designers focused on the spectacularity and emotions accompanying the game. Cars travel through crowded streets at dizzying speeds, slippages are a way of cornering, and minor collisions have no impact on driving.
The game’s visual setting stands out positively from the competitors’ low-budget products. Car models present themselves aesthetically, just like the surroundings of the tracks on which the races are held. The whole experience is complemented by a dynamic soundtrack.
