Nippon Marathon system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel HD 4000. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 5 GB of free disk space available. An Intel Core i3-2370M CPU is required at a minimum to run Nippon Marathon. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-2300 is recommended in order to run it.
